PRACTICE ESSENTIALS

These are some things that each athlete should have at practice EVERY day!

*Good running shoes

*Good attitude

*Your OWN water bottle

Do not share water with your teammates!
This will help prevent you & your teammates from getting sick through the season!

*Warm clothes (sweatshirt, sweatpants, hats, gloves)

*Swimsuit for any possible pool workouts

--We will let you know when you need to start bringing these when the temperature is cool enough.
(Generally below 65 degrees)
