WESTMONT TRACK AND FIELD
Each athlete should have the following things every day at practices!
*Water bottle -- YOUR OWN.
DO NOT SHARE WATER WITH EACH OTHER - this will help prevent you and others from getting sick!
*Good running shoes
*Warm clothes - we will be going outside regularly!
These include: Sweatshirt, sweatpants, hats & gloves.
NO SWEATS = NO PRACTICE! -- Yes, we will send you home!
*Indoor workout clothes
